About Us

U-Solve SELE represents a new model for educating social-change makers and purpose-driven entrepreneurs who desire to enrich people and planet.

We believe that the root cause of the most pressing problems facing people and planet today is a lack of appreciation for the interdependence and interconnectedness of all life and the persistence of psychic, social and ecological divides. We view empathy as a radical tool for finding truth in connection between diverse belief systems, perspectives, realities and concepts facilitating the emergence of well-calibrated caring and responsibility.

Our Vision is an empathic global society built on the strength and beauty of diversity (ethnic, religious, economic, cultural, sexual, geographic) to create a just, peaceful and prosperous world for this generation and generations to come.

U-Solve SELE, headquartered in the ancient and breathtaking World Heritage City of Bath, United Kingdom exists to inspire, support, engage and catalyse Empathic Leadership and Entrepreneurship as the primary vehicle to create empathic global solutions to our 21st Century challenges.

U-SOLVE is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribe to the EMCC code of ethics.

The EMCC exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in coaching and mentoring across Europe.

EMCC EIA is recognised globally as the gold standard of professional coaching and mentoring accreditation. U-SOLVE also recognises accreditation by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision (APECS), British Psychological Society (BPS), International Coach Federation (ICF) &/or Association for Coaching (AC).

Social Value UK is the national network for social impact and social value. Social Value UK is a member of the global network Social Value International. Our members share a common goal: to change the way society accounts for value. All too often key decisions about resources and policies are made using a limited economic concept of value, which fails to consider important effects on people and the environment. As the gap between rich and poor increases and the effects of climate change become more apparent, our work has never been more urgent.

We dream of a world in which people come first. A world where families are safe, healthy and free. Economic development is important, but strong economies alone do not guarantee strong societies. If people lack the most basic human necessities, the building blocks to improve their quality of life, a healthy environment and the opportunity to reach their full potential, a society is failing regardless what the economic numbers say.
